The Chatpata Fonzo Panna is a delicious mango drink made with raw mango and Bisleri Fonzo. This recipe of Chatpata Fonzo Panna is flavoured with cardamom, fennel seeds and black pepper which adds on to the refreshing taste.

  1. 1 raw mango
  2. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom (elaichi) powder
  3. 1 tablespoon fennel seeds (saunf)
  4. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, crushed coarsely
  5. 1/4 teaspoon black salt (kala namak)
  6. 500 ml Bisleri Fonzo


  1. To begin making the Chatpata Fonzo Panna recipe, first, we will cook the mango.
  2. Peel the skin of the mango and place the whole raw mango in the pressure cooker with 1/4 cup of water. Cook the mango in the pressure cooker for 3 to 4 whistles and turn off the heat.
  3. Allow the pressure to release naturally. Once the pressure releases, squeeze the pulp out.
  4. You can either puree this pulp or mash it with a potato masher, depending on the texture you desire.
  5. Roast the fennel seeds in a pan over medium heat until it’s crisp. Once the fennel seeds are roasted, crush them with a pestle and a mortar and keep it aside.
  6. Once you have the raw mango pulp ready, add the cardamom powder, black pepper powder, crushed fennel seeds, kala namak and stir it well.
  7. Now, pour some Bisleri Fonzo into the raw mango pulp, add some ice cubes and stir it well.
  8. Pour the Chatpata Fonzo Panna into a glass and sip on this refreshing drink.
